My new passion....
....is with Torani SF syrups, I don't know why it took me so long to start using them (it's been 8 months ago today that I had surgery). I've been using them in protein/coffee drinks & with plain Greek yogurt. My collection now consists of raspberry, vanilla & caramel.
What is your favorite one & what are you mixing them in? It will be fun to see everyone's responses & new ideas.
Has anyone used them to make eggface's donuts? They are on my list to try.

I have a bunch of the sf DaVinci ones. I love them in coffee and protein drinks. I am pre-op so haven't really made anything from eggface's site yet. I do eat low carb though so I've had them forever. Caramel is my fav but I also like have Kahlua, raspberry, hazelnut, peanut butter, pumpkin pie and strawberry.
I am glad I didnt discover these until recently - i think i would have consumed far more calories during my rapid WL phase if I had...
Right now I have:

Starbucks SF Cinn Dulce syrup
I have had (but didnt like)

Cocunut
Caramel
I have an order of SF Di Vinci syrups on the way
- peppermint Paddy

- german chocolate cake
I think ive gone off the deep end with these freaking syrups

All of them are sugar free syrups. I put them into my coffee (at least SF vanilla and the cinn dulce syrup)
The rest I use to make protein shakes. Or heck, sometimes I just mix some SF syrup with almond milk for a little snack/dessert (my fav is strawberry, tastes just like strawberry milk lol)
Im experimenting with adding them to greek yogurt.
I tend to drink 1-2 protein shakes a day to satisfy my sweet cravings and my protein goals. It's a perfect win/win for me since my shakes usually have 5-7 g of carbs, and maybe 2-3 g of sugar. I use mostly syntrax/nectar sweets protein powders.
