Prequel to C25K apps

So I have always thought I needed a prequel to the couch to 5K apps. I thought I might be the only one until I found an app called power walk. It it's interval training without the jogging. If you are like me and can't get into the couch 2 5K apps, this might be a good place to start. My goal is to eventually to run a 5K but I need to build the endurance to run.

Intervals, even power walking ones, are great work outs and will definitely help you build endurance quicker than just walking aimlessly. Having structured workouts also helps keep you motivated and gives you a sense of purpose. Great job for starting this!
