4 weeks post-op today and....

Down exactly 40lbs!!!! It's so nice to have a lot of excess water weight gone. I can already feel a difference in my clothes & see the difference in my body.

I can't wait to get my life back.

That is so AWESOME Hilary!!

I bet you have a lot of NSV's to share...and so many yet to come!

I can't believe you're 4 weeks post-op already.  Seems I was just reading about you waiting for your surgery!  How fantastic are things going for you, huh!

It does seem like just yesterday I was on here counting down the days until my surgery. Some days it doesn't even feel as if I even had WLS, that's how smooth everything has been for me. (Thank God, I am blessed.) I have an amazing sleeve w/ wonderful restriction & a whole website full of people that have traveled this journey before me and they are all such fantastic inspirations to me. What more could a loser ask for?

You amazing people don't judge me, you give me support & a nice swift kick in the butt if I need it. I am truly grateful for each & every one of you. I learn something new every day because you guys are willing to share your trials & tribulations.

Thanks again for your kind words & for opening up your lives so that other newbies can learn from you all as I have.
