I'm 4 months out, my blood work is perfect but I'm very tired. I'm just wandering if this is normal? Does anyone else feel exhausted . I'm eating about 700 cals a day, 60-80grams of protein . I'm doing strength training 3 times a week and walking on the other days. I still need to work on hydration. I have heard that fatigue is normal up to a year.

I am sorry you feel so tired. I have not experienced that except for the first 3 weeks. I have a new found energy and vibrancy. You say blood work is perfect so I am assuming that means iron and other vitamins? B12? If you need to work on hydration then definitely do that.

I went through a phase like that between the 4-5 month out period. It didn't last long (maybe a couple of weeks). My blood work was also fine.

Good news is ... it passes.

Def up your hydration.

If your labs are good then I would suspect your hydration is the key.  Push those fluids.  I was feeling low on energy and having some dizzy spells but since I've upped my fluid intake I'm feeling much better!  I workout about 6-7 times a week for 45-60 minutes a day which has made me more thirsty so I've been drinking lots of liquids now.

I had that last week. I talked to my RD & she said to hydrate more. A while ago they had me up my protein to at least 100-110g/day, especially on days I get exercise.

Turns out, I was coming down with a cold. Once I recovered, my energy returned (but my allergies kicked in, boo!!).
