2 Month Progress Pictures. 70 pounds down and halfway to my goal!
Hi All,
As stated in an earlier post, I have lost 70 pounds in two months! I am over halfway to my goal. I posted some comparison pictures and could not believe how miserable I looked only a short time ago. Not just the weight, but the sad look on my face. I am so glad that I made this decision. Two months ago this seemed like a faraway unobtainable dream, but look at me now! I hope this can help others to push through the first few hard weeks. If I can do it, so can you!

really fast loss and the 2 month pics are pretty amazing also. are you doing anything special? lol. i'm a little jealous, i didnt lose that fast for sure and i started higher!
Nothing special at all. I am still only eating around 600 calories a day. I was walking regularly for the first few weeks and had a gout flare up in my ankle, so I had to stop that for awhile. I plan to start working out next week and I hope that will increase my weight loss even more. I feel blessed to have lost what I have. I wish you continued success as well!
Congratulations. Great job working that sleeve. How wonderful to be half way to goal so quickly. Keep up the good work.
