Sept 3 Exercise Report - What did you do today?

I went to the Y and did 45 minutes of weights and then came home and walked 2 miles in 35 minutes.

Surgery Date 04-22-14 HW 2011 388(lost 60lbs on WW, regained 40) Surgery Consult Weight 1/10/14 - 367 SW 357 - CW 9/15 210.

Stalls are your body's way of telling you not to get too cocky.

5K - 1st 59:00(9/14) PR 33:45(9/15)

10K - 1:14(10/15) 1/2 - 1st 3/20/16

Went to the beach with my hubby this morning and walked the beach for about 45 mins ..... then later out went home got the kids off the bus (1st day off school here )  then went back with the kids and walked again for a little over an hour !!! Wooooo hoooo love back to school! !! :-)

Walked on Treadmill and then did 1 hour Zumba class - felt wonderful after not being at the gym for a couple of weeks.

Did the steps of the Statue of Liberty, (well so says the talking trainer on the elliptical) followed by weights.

I went to the Y & swam laps for 45 minutes & then did water aerobics for 15 minutes.

I did 20 mins on the elliptical, 30 mins on the stair machine, 10 mins walking & 45 minutes restorative yoga.

VSG: 12/12/13, LBL, small TL, BL/BA: 11/7/14 Twins 12/9/18 HW after Twins 260. 5'10 37 years old - Stacy_WLS (MFP)

I did eight minutes on the elliptical. Go Me. Go Baby Steps. I should point out that I am not a total slug and I get between 9k and 10k steps a day.
