What is in drunken chicken? I've never heard of it.

I know chicken is one ingredient, ha, ha.

Hm I get steamed shrimp or chicken and veggies myself - no sauce, just add some soy sauce.  I don't know what they do to it, but it tastes delicious.  All that other stuff is just not necessary to me.

Having RNY was probably the best thing I've ever done for myself.

Approx highest weight: ~350. Highest measured weight: 338. Surgery weight: 297. Lowest weight (for 5 minutes): 169. Current weight: 209. Goal weight: ??? - maybe 180-185, which was my maintenance weight before the regain.

Had Chinese for the first time 2 weeks ago. Ordered the Chicken with mixed veggies. I asked to have it steamed instead of stir fried. Put sauce on the side and hold the rice. It was great and I got 4 meals out of it.

I stay far away from the sweet (Gen Tso, teriyaki, sesame whatever) dishes as the are sugary, oily and calorific!

No thanks. I ate enough of that crap pre-op to last me a lifetime.

I always get vegetable tofu soup, or a veggie/tofu stir fry, fresh spring rolls ...

Veggie/tofu stir fry sounds interesting. I give it a try next time. Thanks
I probably wouldn't have ordered it on my own, but I want to try new things. Got to keep open to the universe, ha, ha.

Pepper beef, Mongolian beef, chicken or beef with broccoli or green beans, General Tso's chicken, miscellaneous seafood combos.....But if you're really watching your fat and stuff, you should order steamed options with sauce on the side.
