18 Months Since RNY

It's been 18 months since my life changing surgery. What a ride. Everything has been going well. No complications to date. I've lost 92 pounds total, but have had a rebound of 10 pounds. Wasn't really expecting it so soon, but my eating hasn't been the greatest in the last few months. Lots of snacking and more breads and crackers have been finding their way back into my diet. I still have a great restriction, just need to beat the head hunger.

Exercising daily. Usually 30 minutes in the AM and a couple short walks on my work breaks. I entered my first 5K run the 1st of May so i'm pretty excited to compete. Started running last May so this is a big deal for me. After the 5K I want to enter a half marathon. We'll see after Sunday!!

Just wanted to let everyone know that I really appreciate all the insight and advice that I read here on OH.    You guys and dolls rock!!!

You look amazing.   A quick glance, you look like my sister.  This is a good thing since she's beautiful.

It sounds like your body has found it's comfort zone. You look fabulous and way to go on the 5K!  Just keep up on the workouts and the half marathon will happen naturally!
