Considering Gastric Sleeve Surgery in Mexico! Help?

I have been in contact with a couple of different facilities in Tiajuana Mexico and have gotten information from them.
I am considering VSG. I need to know if anyone can help me with good and bad out comes that have had this surgery down there

There is only one surgeon I would let touch me in Mexico: Ungson in Hermisillo. He is great.

I wouldn't go to TJ for ANY reason. It isn't SAFE.

I would not advise ANYONE to go to Tijuana right now. Very dangerous.

I just wonder why youre considering Mexico? I would think that there are other countries you could go to with low costs, but fewer scams or risks.
