ObesityHelp does not share your information with any outside party.
Postings made on ObesityHelp are considered public support for yourself and others. ObesityHelp also maintains a Facebook page. In most cases, members on our Facebook page are the same members as ObesityHelp, but a small fraction of our Facebook members might not be members on ObesityHelp. Our Facebook page assists to bring these FB members to ObesityHelp for the purpose of joining/supporting/educating.
When our Marketing Department reviews a helpful posting or thought-provoking topic they will link from our Facebook page to the thread. This allows our members on Facebook to come to ObesityHelp and comment or support the posted thread.
Some threads are being linked to but no information or data 'sharing' is taking place. Your information remains private if you use a 'screen name' [otherwise any posting on the internet would expose your real name and information]. Be assured that ObesityHelp does not share your information.
ObesityHelp does promote the following:
1. The goals system (latest goals and achievements) - to encourage others to set goals and achieve them.
2. The Featured Bloggers (blogs posted by various bloggers) - to educate and support the community.
3. Posting threads that are helpful and informative.-- to educate and support the community.
Your information is safe, secure, and the only sharing that is occurring is among our ObesityHelp.com website and our ObesityHelp Facebook page linking back to our ObesityHelp.com website. We consider both pages ObesityHelp.
