changing dr

How do I change the doctor that put put down when I first signed up.

 To change your surgeon's name log in and go to:
MY OH My History 
Surgeries
Click the Edit icon       
Click the Surgeon field and a box will pop up where you can type in the surgeon's name
Click Search
Several options may come up, find your surgeon and click "this is my bariatric surgeon"
It will load your surgeon in the surgeon name field
Make sure you check the primary box so your surgeon and surgery date will show on your profile and posts

Primary:  (This will be your default surgery with respect to your privacy settings; you can only set one surgery as your primary. Selecting this option will enable your surgeon's name and surgery date to show on your profile and message board postings.)
