I know my hormones are all wacky because I'm losing fat, but acne! I haven't been this pimply in years! OY! Just one more hurdle to jump thru I guess. Oh well!

I'm noticing forehead acne just from the pre-op diet. I guess I have a lot of crap detoxing out from my fat cells, no more than I've lost.

I heard recently on doctor radio's dermatology show that tincture of thyme is an extremely effective antibacterial for acne if you want to go a more natural route. Show is on Sirius/XM put on by NY Langone medical center.
