3 Month Follow Up

I am so happy I went to the dr today for my 3 month follow up. I am at 210 which is a weight loss of 72lbs since my surgery. Woo Hoo!!!!!! I only have 60lbs to go and I know weight loss in going to slow at some point so far my weight loss by the month is 30 month 1, 18 for month 2 and 24 for month 3. I am so excited about this journey that we have embaked on I feel so much better. My size 14 clothes are getting too big wwo hoo have not been 14 in 10 yrs or lower than a 14 in 18 yes. Will post new pics later.
