I started last May at 353 i am now down to 254. I thought i was at a stall but then 15 pounds came off in a 2 week span. Keep up the good work you'll get to your goal weight before you know it.

You're going to have several periodic stalls all the way down.  Take these cues to try on some smaller clothing sizes.  It puts some excitement in an otherwise discouraging period.

what surgery did you have?

I had my DS five years ago, and went from 350 to 150 in a year (actually 13 months). With a small bounce back, I have been holding at 160 since.

We usually talk abut the weight loss "window" being 18 months.  You have lots of time to continue losing.  Keep your protein high and your carbs low, and if you are a DS, keep your fat level high, and your weight should continue to come off, albeit at a lower rate than the first few months

I am at 7 months post op, and barely at 100 pounds lost, and I started heavier than 350. I started at 375, and I am not losing weight as linear as most. I have been bouncing between 5 pounds lost, 5 pounds gained for the past 6 weeks, and although I have lost one size in between the stall I am becoming increasingly depressed about it. I have at least 60 more pounds to lose, and I feel like it is taking FOREVER for it to go somewhere. I am increasing my protein, but my doctor never told me to watch my carb intake like many people on here, I count my calories, and my protein, shouldn't that be enough? I have been in the longest stalls ever, and it's SO frustrating.

Any advice?!!
