FINALLY My First Appointment

Finally scheduled my first appointment to see the surgeon on December 20^th!! Yay excited and very nervous!!

Any suggestions on questions I should have??

I am the type to have many questions but when time comes down to it I blank out!!

Also.... don't forget that it is very likely that people on here have already had your surgeon! Ask them for their thoughts on the Doctor. Ask them what they wish they'd found out ahead of time.  

I am a research junkie and DH had RNY 3 years ago so I had so much information coming out of my ears.  And yet, the pre-op class was so educational because it covered things that directly affected me!  I was so ready, my main question is "How fast can we get me in there?"  Since I was self pay, and super motivated, I had surgery less than a month after my first meeting wtih my Doctor!
