I received a FitBit Force for Christmas.  My goal is to use it and the scale from them to stay on track.

This time of the year is good and bad.  We are proud of our accomplishments and need to take stock of our failures.  Although I think I will call it life experiences not failures.  I want to deal with some stress weight gain and here are my goals for the New Year to hopefully help me get there.

Walk more

Track my food

Try and do something fun

I got a fit bit too!  I am hoping to walk more and be more conscience of my steps.  My goal is 10,000 steps a day!
