Day 2 of 21-Optifast 900

Day 2, ended much better than Day 1, I was online looking for options to change the flavour of the optifast.

Came across a comment to use LorAnn Oils, which i found at the Bulk Barn (Canada) in the cake decorating supplies...

I picked up Orange, Lemon and Raspberry....it is yummmm

So far I had added orange to a mix of half n half vanilla + chocolate powder, and that went down real easy...

I used the raspberry in the chocolate and that was enuff to take away that odd taste in the optifast.

After Day 1 I did not think I could do this, however Day 3 is a new day, its also my Birthday...so onward to bigger results!

Goal:  4 packs of optifast

Achieved:  3 packs
