finally a surgery date 10/16/2014

I am so excited to finally be done all the pre op and have a surgery date i will start my clear liquid diet on thursday so i am already use to being on it i was told to start my vjtamins twice a day on thursday also i know this will be a change for me but getting healthy for me and my kids is important for me. I am currently a size 24/26 and would like to get a 10/12 my start weight is 357 i need to get to 165.l time to on start new year coming a new me also.

Congrats in getting through all the preliminary details and have a date for the surgery. I am scheduled for the 15th of October and begin my liquid diet tomorrow. We will both be on the losers bench next week and begin our life changing journey. I started at 305 and at my last visit I weighed in at 292. 

Good luck I know it will be hard the next week but I know it will be worth it in the long run I will drank my protein shake or water in the am than do clears liquids threw out the day the only hard part I think I may have is the mag citrate the Day before surgery I hate drinking that stuff
