Just Starting My Journey

I am new to this site and the forums and new to the weight loss surgery journey. Except for my mammogram, all of my tests are done besides the 2 that need to be done up to 30 days before surgery. I have the first meeting with my surgeon on 11/20/14.

Any advice, tips, recipes would be greatly appreciated.
