2 Months Post TT Pictures and Thrive

I updated my block to include pictures from today. I also am trying Thrive for 5 days, has anyone else had any luck with Thrive? I am doing it pretty much for just an energy boost to get my butt moving and motivated.

What is Thrive? I never heard of it.  I have been using something called Body Effects before my workouts in the morning, it is a caffeine and whatever boost... mix it in 16oz water and it does get me going so I can get through the workout. I've been doing the Beach body 21-day-fix. I am on my third cycle. I do 3 weeks and then take one week off and do something else... I like it. DOn't do teh 21 day fix food, just the exercise.

here is the body effects... I don't think it suppresses my appetite etc... just gives me  a boost first thing in the AM...
