anxiety

the reason why I got the rny was to help myself lose weight. All this anxiety I have .... Some think its all in my head. Yea the compliments of " they can tell I lost weight " that's nice. But there sure are. Some jealous ass people. Family or friends I guess I will distance myself. I'm at my ends of people talking smack just for them to feel better about themselves. K I'm done venting. I have my psych appointment today. Praying all goes well

You had this surgery to better your health and well being. Not for anyone else. I know it's hard, but try not to rely on other peoples approval or accept their negativity.

I just wanted to say thank you for posting this.  You've helped me resolve some feelings I had on some judgement I received from others today.

Hope you're fine now. It is difficult to deal with anxiety but it is possible to get rid of it.
