Love mine. I am alone and I have the 6 qt 7-in1. You can do smaller quantities.... sounds delicious. I saw a Pastrami recipe for the Instapot...that sounds good to me too. Except that I would want it on rye bread.

Is an instapot a pressure cooker?  I am afraid of pressure cookers after seeing a woman in her 60s that was burned and scarred for life from canning with one.

Instant Pot is one brand of electric pressure cookers.  I just ordered the 7 in 1 because I like to make homemade greek yogurt.  There is another brand, I think it's called Pressure Pro -- it comes in four different sizes, from 4 quarts up to 10 quarts.  They have about 20 infomercials a day.
