Back to basics

I have to go back to when I used to cut up my food, take a small bite and chew, chew, chew...

Today, I ate a fried egg and a piece of bacon while trying to rush out the house. I dont know if it was dumping or what, but I had to go home because I felt like I had to throw up, had the foamies, fast heartbeat and felt like I was dying for about an hr ??

If you had the foamies sounds like your food got stuck... for exactly the reason you said. Rushing and most likely not paying attention and chewing well. Been there, done that, have the T-shirt. And yes stuck can last for a long time...

Mantra: eat slow, chew well, don't be distracted, and make sure it is moist. Dry food has more of a tendency to get stuck, no matter how well you chew. Even when ordering omelets and eggs in a restaurant, I ask for them cooked 'soft'....
