Boobs after WLS, what to expect?

I'm going to be having the vsg and to be embarrassingly honest, my breasts are already uneven and saggy. I'm 270 and 5'6 if that matters at all. Are my boobs going to become even worse? Or should I expect a slight improvement? If it's not too much of a tmi, what was your boob journey like after your wls?

Mine definitely are not perky, but they aren't in the 'roll 'em up and tuck 'em in' category either. side fat is my bigger nemesis.

Bra size, started at a 46DD, current wearing a 38D, and next bra shopping I do I'll be going for 36D. I can see myself ending as a full C cup when I'm done losing.

I'll be just as honest. My boobs shrank pretty evenly and became even more saggy and more saggy after that. Don't like them in the mirror but do fine in a nice bra. So much less weight to drag around and shove into a bra. For some reason bras do seem far more comfy but I wear different styles now than before surgery. You and I  weren't far off in weight to start. Lost two band sizes and two cups sizes to date, still have  a little more weight to go. Good luck.

There is no way they will look better after you lose 100+ pounds. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news. Most of us end up with the "rocks-in-socks" look after losing massive amounts of weight.

I went from a 44G to a 32 Looooooooong.. ( Apologies to Rocky for stealing her line! )

My girls jumped ship quickly!! I have length, boy, do I, but the volume is like a deflated balloon-not an UNinflated, one, but one that WAS inflated...and lost all the air. I just roll em up and shove em into a push up bra.

When lying down they keep my armpits nice and warm in the winter. ( My husband's too. )

Edited because I haven't had enough coffee.

You made me nearly snort my protein shake!

Mine are a 42DDD right now... I'm not looking forward to seeing them after 100+ weight loss...

And 'my girls' were always my best feature

Guess I'm going to have to save for a nice lift job next year!

Mine were too, along with my hair. I lost both, but...that's okay; I FEEL fabulous, and my hair mostly grew back. It's thinner now, but that could very well be that wonderful thing called aging. ( It also grew back in way more curly than it was. I look like Shirley Temple some days. )

I'd wait a couple of years at least for a lift...you could still be losing next year. I would have had my plastics this year but, I bought myself a convertible instead. Midlife crisis purchase, but she's red, pretty, and can fly-I love her!

Thank you all so much for the replies! I suppose I'll have to live with it, I'm sure I'll be much happier with them after surgery then how I am with them now. Thanks for the support!

I was always busty, even when I was young and thin.  Now I've lost about 125lbs and they are the "roll them up and tuck them in" sort of boobs.  I still wear a DDD cup, but it's all skin now.  I plan on having my boobs done next year when i get to goal and maintain for a bit.
