Yup my next goal is another pair of jeans. Hope I can get into those by the spring. I'm only shopping from my closet now. Only difference is this time I'm donating my clothes as they get to big except the one biggest pair I kept to remind myself where I started.

Congratulations!  Right before surgery, I went through my closet and inventoried all my old jeans to see what was still wearable.  I had enough (so I thought) to get me through the winter.  They lasted two months before I was starting to look like Huckleberry Finn in the smallest pair.  Now I am buying a minimum of what I need to get by until I hit the end of the line with weight loss.

I can't wait till my smallest clothes are to big but that might be a while. My final goal is 125 but my more realistic goal is 135. My smallest clothes fit me snugly at 145 so I'm guessing they will do. The only good thing is that I moved across country 2x since then and got rid of a lot of my smallest stuff so I still have an excuse to go shopping!  But I carried a box of that stuff both ways to remind me of where I wanted and needed to be.

I had all those old clothes in my closet because I am basically lazy when it comes to sorting clothes out.

I don't usually wear jeans but I had a 40% off coupon at Old Navy and got 14 pieces including two pairs of size 16 jeans for $96.00. These are cool  weather cloths for next year all size large. A size 16 at Old Navy looks smaller that a 14 at Lane Bryant (but also shorter so I won't have to pay the get them them themed!)I am thinking that a "plus size" 16 is larger that a "regular" 16...

Congratulations on fitting into your jeans. I don't think I enjoy anything about losing weight as much as giving away clothes that are too big for me.

For me Old Navy jeans always fit looser than other brands. But, I haven't ever shopped at Lane Bryant (podunk town, and I hate online clothes shopping!). Also; I think for me it's because Old Navy seems to be straighter and I'm boy shaped (no hips, no butt). I'm always so frustrated when I go into a store and the jeans don't fit because they cinch in at the waist so much!

I sell Lularoe now. I'm happy that my leggings will continue to fit me for a long time (I think!), and I will have an ample to supply to choose from if not!

I am trying on a pair weekly hoping they will fit. Not yet though. A few months ago when I tried on a larger pair than these were no longer too small, they were a little baggy. So, I shoo in my closet each week to make sure I don't miss something fun to wear until it is too big.
