It is pretty amazing for sleep. I hated taking Seroquel. I was put on it for severe anxiety, and I loathed it. I was very glad to not have to take it any longer. Even so, I still miss it for sleep sometimes.

I follow a ketogenic diet post-op. I also have a diagnosis of binge eating disorder. Feel free to ask me about either!
