The other day I was looking around the kitchen for something to eat. I wasn't hungry and I had eaten only an hour before. I saw the chicken meatballs in the fridge and thought "no, if I eat those than I will be full quickly and won't be able to keep eating" and I kept looking for something else.

Then I realized....WHAT THE F**K AM I DOING! OF COURSE I NEED TO EAT THE DENSE PROTEIN IF I'M GOING TO EAT. And I ate the meatballs.

I've been off plan pretty badly lately, mostly eating too many nuts, protein bars, and even sweet potato. I was planning on starting a CAMAW week today but haven't pulled my head out of the almond butter jar long enough to make some meat.

Yep. Get your head in the game! You aren't very far out! Get in and talk to a therapist if need be, it's never a bad idea.

Ugh, I know that thinking so well!!

The awesome thing is that you're hearing it and recognizing it. I do too, but struggle to "win" the debate all the time. Thankfully, I haven't regained. But I'm definitely searching for how to cement in all of my new habits even without the physical discomfort when I stray.
