It's a bit frothy here....poop that is

 Ok, so why is my poop sometimes solid, sometimes sinks, sometimes floats, and sometimes just plain frothy and foamy?  

Frothy poop, for me, is almost 100% dependent on how much sugar I've consumed.   I also have different poops depending upon what time of the month it is.    Mine is more solid - actually just like a pre-op poop - at my mid cycle.  Gets looser as I approach my period.    Apparently, this is because we produce more progesterone at this time, whi*****reases bowel motility.

I understood the floaty ones were from expelled fat . . . .mine were very light pale for a few months . . .lately they have been very pudding like - almost the color of yams and mushy . . .sorry for TMI . . I dont know why all the changes either . .
