***Saturday Bites, Vites & Exercites***

did someone say "shopping" ????  count me in.  i have to reconfigure 2 of my closet's shelving and rails to accommodate all my thinner clothes.  love it! 

i am a bottomless pit  today: 

double protein coffee w/creamer
scramble egg w/ham & cheese
2 slices of taylor's pork roll
1/2 whole wheat mini bagel w/butter & low sugar jelly
peanuts
cheese doodles
went to friday's for dinner:
1/2 rack of ribs
2 sm broccoli florets
fried green beans
1 loaded potato skin w/bacon
1 boneless buffalo chicken tender
3 oz of steak
few bites of vanilla cheesecake
double protein coffee w/creamer
cashews
cheddar cheese cubes
i'm sure i am not done eating.  maybe some more steak w/ horseradish mayo?  Mmmm.

vites:  all on schedule
fluids:  80+ oz. so far

i couldn't believe how much i ate at the restaurant.  took most of the ribs and steak home.  ate all the ribs and 1/2 the steak over a 2 hr period.  i find it so easy to eat standing up and in between chores. 
usually leave the foam takeout container on my kitchen counter and just nibble away.

How much protein are you aiming for every day? I'm not gonna ask about your carbs and it's the weekend and I relax a lot over carbs on weekends.

I try to get at least 120 per day.  Last night I had a grilled chicken breast so I got pretty close!  Carbs definately like to show up in my day during the weekends!!
