Haven't been around for a few months life has been really busy but wanted to check in with a 1 year update. Here are a couple of pictures

I still have a ways to go but the weight is still coming off and I work out several times a week, the labs are all good, life in general is great, I feel good and can do so much more then I could before. The only medications I have left are for my allergies and of course all the vitamins.
