I traveled from Alaska, and ALOT is done over the phone and e-mail.
It is not impossible!!!

I'm pretty certain that I've read that Dr Ungson doesn't do revisions, however, he seems to be working with Dr Aceves and I know he does band to VSG and is quite respected for this so it may be an option if you get both of them together.

If Ungson does do the RNY to DS, he is not vetted in theis paricular surgery as of yet...... so not on the list.

He does them but he is not vetted yet for revisions as a lot of people were coming out of surgery with an ERNY and not a true revision.

I would add Dr. David Greenbaum in New Jersey. I know that he's been talking to people about ERNYs lately, but he does have lots of sucessful experience doing true RnY-to-DS revisions.

I had Greenbaum abd I also had Gagner in Canada...... They have both been removed from my list.

They are not on the up & up right now. People waking up with different surgeries, and trying to be talked into other surgeries, etc.

I am too wary to keep the on the list right now due to some not so positive trends in the last year or 2.
