NYC doctors that accept medicare/medicaid for duodenal switch?

There are not a huge number of surgeons doing the DS. Your best bet is to check the surgeons list at dsfacts and call the ones closest to you to see what they accept. If you can't find a DS surgeon locally who accepts your insurance you may need to travel, but to get the DS it's worth the effort.

Dr. Yatco. He works with Roslin. Roslin no longer accepts Medicaid providers. I called. He stopped late last year. Theres others that work with him, but I can't remember. Which insurance do you have?
