BITES: (DS Maintenance Mode)
B - 2 protein coffees (60g) [heaping scoop of vanilla protein powder, a dash of cinnamon, 3-6 oz of 1/2 & 1/2, and enough coffee to fill a 20 ounce blender bottle to the tip]
2nd B - egg and sausage
S - coffee and Greek yogurt w/blueberries
L - white chicken chili
S - peanuts
S - popcorn
D - 2 cheesy hot dogs, 1 bun and a hard cider
S - CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches:  done
iron: skipping
evening batch: done
heme iron: done

EXERCITES:
none

Happy Sunday Everyone, Noreen glad you had fun at the park, it is so nice to hear great stories like that.

Bites:

strawberry protein shake

4 tiny mini banana muffins-coworker made

spag. and meat sauce'

few snacky items

hickory sticks and gummy candy

ribs and fried pot with peas

ice cream cone

Vites: all in and did up another weeks worth

Exercites: 1/2 weight training video

Nov. 14/2005 I have reached the 10 year mark and I am very glad I had this surgery and can live a normal life.

Got home, unpacked, did laundry, and vegetated in front of the TV. Too many naughty carbs going in. 

Double protein decaf coffee

cheddar cheese stick

3 sausage links on a mini bagel. 

1/4 of a Belgian waffle - dry, no syrup

Slim jim

3 strips of bacon

mini cherry danish loaded w/ butter

 handfuls of kettle corn 

Double protein decaf coffee 

almonds

double protein decaf iced coffee 

toppings off 2 slices of meat lovers pizza

handful of dry cereal

Double protein decaf coffee 

3 pieces of licorice 

vites: bedtime batch pending

Hi Gina,
Since I was last here: 4 trips (2 work related, 2 kind of fun), had cataract surgery and my eating is out of control. Looking to either go down to working 2 days a week or outright retire the end of the year

B: bacon, shake
L: grilled cheese sandwich
S: Apple
D: meatballs, mashed potatoes, salad, glass of wine

E- housework, laundry, yard work

I can relate to the out of control part and wishing I could retire someday too.  Good job today. Looks like you're kicking butt.

Hi all,

   I went to a Christening for my great-nephew Christopher so things were a little upended on the bites.
B - protein shake
S - Special K breakfast sandwich  (14 gms !)
L - turkey rollups with cream cheese
D - meatballs, baked beans, scalloped potatoes, Thumbprint cookies
late S - boneless BBQ wings

Not so bad. I was really nervous about timing eating and being in Church for what turned out to be 
a total of 2 hours. Arriving early and staying late for pictures but it all worked out fine.
