Happy Friday everyone,

Bites:
chocolate banana protein shake

cottage cheese

chili 

3 chocolates

yogurt

handful of chips

orange

sausage and mac n cheese

ice cream treat

Vites: all in

Exercites: none- took the night off

Lots of Christmas treats at work, so the season is going to get a lot harder to handle food wise, I am going to have some but limit to only a couple per shift. I was happy to see the box of oranges come in,

B - one hard boiled egg (almost threw it up)

S - None

L - two cheese sticks

S - None

D - tri tip (hoping it will sit well, maybe something different will be more appetizing)

Didn't eat any dinner last night, just couldn't force myself

2 more cookies - think I've got a problem here. Moving cookies to the garage.
