BITES: (DS Maintenance Mode)
Pre-B - 2 protein coffee (60g) and an additional regular coffee
B - Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - Saltines and peanut butter
L - tuna salad
S - Greek yogurt
D - 2 low carb wraps w/ham & cheese
S - shared a little of hubby's pork fried rice and spring roll

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: skipping 
evening batch: done
heme iron: done

EXERCITES:
2 - 15 minutes walks and 20 leaning push-ups

Had to hide the coffee so I won't be tempted to make a cup in the morning. Lab work.

protein decaf coffee

Turkey bacon

cheese stick

Chef salad

small bag of popcorn

mini snickers

Fried egg sandwich w/ cheese & bacon on 1 slice of rye

vanilla protein smoothie 

cheese crackers

vites: none in. Only took probiotics 

fluids: 90+ oz.

Hi, Missed yesterday, due to resting all evening and trying to shake this cold. I do feel better so I will still record. It was a bad eating day but I want to be accountable anyway

Bites:

ham bun 

bag of lunch size plain chips

sesame bars - thin little treats

chocolate bar

salmon, rice and peas

protein shake

ice cream

Exercise: none
