96 degrees here today. When I think about the cold miserable winter we just had...well, I can deal with the heat. Bring it on.

I seem to be hit and miss and I am going on holidays til the end of the month, so I will not be a regular poster for a while. 

Bites:

salmon and potatoes and corn

Exercites: 15 min of lane swim
