Pre-B - 2 coffees w/1/2 & 1/2
2ndB - Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - protein coffee (30g)
S - 
L - protein shake (30g) and chef salad
S - peanuts
D - fish nuggets and coleslaw
S - CarbSmart ice cream w/peanuts on top
S - Greek yogurt

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: skipping 
evening batch: done
heme iron: done

EXERCITES:
3 - 15 minute walks, 30 leaning push-ups, 30 squats and stretches
standing at the computer all day working

Nice end to an otherwise uneventful Tuesday. GF called, "Meet me at the diner for dinner tonight." Good giggles.  Great company.

Diner dinner: chicken matzoh ball soup. Ate chicken & broth

stuffed green peppers ( these were the biggest peppers I have ever seen. And, they gave me 2!!! I will have enough for 3 more meals. Unless hubs gets to them first.)

Few spponfuls of tapioca pudding

bites:

protein shake

banana

yogurt with fruit and some granola

salad

lunch size bag of chips

nibs

rice krispie square small

2 cookies

salmon burger on a bun and cucumbers

milk shake 3/4 of it only - too sweet

Vites: just finished for the day

exercites: none - really struggling - I do have a workout planned for tomorrow with someone, so I am committed

big sugar day today, I have been trying to go sugar-free, but was a tough day today, so back at it with a fresh start in the morning

Nov. 14/2005 I have reached the 10 year mark and I am very glad I had this surgery and can live a normal life.

Hi all,

 

Bites:

B - greek yogurt
S - Beef sticks and muenster cheese
L - hamburgers and mayo
S - doritos
D - hamburger and brussel sprouts
S - some cookies
S2 - finished the hamburgers

Vits - all in

Exercites - hour and a half on the bike - more hilly than I usually do. Hard going up but fun going down.  :)
