10 min walking on TM for warmup/cooldown
46:19 running on TM (6.05 miles) -  1% incline.  1 mile WU @ 7.4MPH, 8:07, 8 sets of (0.25 mile @ 8.9MPH: 6:44 pace, 0.15 mile recovery @ 7.4MPH, 8:06 pace), then 2 miles @ 7.4MPH, 8:06 pace
Where are we going??  And why am I in this handbasket??

 Today is a proud day!!!  I went on my 3 mile run and I FINALLY broke 30 min....did 28.44...I have never been so excited!!!  Here is my link...keep in mind that you will see about 5 min where I went nowhere....LOL...I must of hit my watch while I was stretching....also the dip at 25 min was my dog cut in front of me and I had to put on the breaks....Such a good day!!!

Congrats on your run time.  Those kind of accomplishments have become more important to me than the scale!  Way to go.

Off to the doc today as my knee is not better :-(  2 weeks of no running/yoga was hard but I survived.  Not happy that I could not go 5 min on my first run wo pain.  Sounds like MRI time!  Envious of all you runners - Keep up the good work!
