I have karate class today; so fifteen minutes of stretching followed by twenty minutes of katas/forms, then twenty minutes of all out boxing/kicking/power strikes. I can't spar yet but getting there, one more month,

 2.5 mile recovery run.  My neck is killing me from the swims and al the time in aero yesterday.  Didn't want a rest day so just kept it easy.
