Ran 3 miles with big hills.

This about did me in! Way too hot! Need to go earlier or later.

Plan on doing some yard work and maybe swimming later to cool off

short recovery ride day.  23 miles in the rain.  Kind of a miserable day.  Enough rain gear to keep dry, also means that you aren't gettin any air, so I got wet from the inside out.

Oh well.

solid ride Bill, wish we were closer, I would love to try to ride with you :)

30 minute swim, 1200 yards, and a 3 mile run on tm.  Was supposed to do 12 mile lsd, but just too beat from the ride yesterday.  Desperately need a day off; great ride yesterday, but not a great run today for my IM confidence.
