Up and at it early like usual

.25 mile warm up 2:10
6 mile run 59 min and change
.25 mile cooldown 3:45

48 minutes of legs and stretching including getting friendly with the foam roller.

July 4th is comming up fast so I needed to hit the 6 mile point for my 10K after the run wasn't a whole lot left for a lot of weights.

Still working on the food aspect.

Contractors aren't going to be here until 13:00, so I'm planning a quick 15mi on the bike (if the weather holds out!)

We are having cruddy weather here, so I had to take my Friday interval run on the treadmill, 4.7 miles. I need to do a 70 mile bike tomorrow so I hope the weather holds up.

Got my front tooth knocked out at karate class last night, so I spent my morning at the dentist, not the gym. After work I will do : 3 mile run/walk, pushups, situps, 5 minutes jump rope, then an hour of work on my kata/form I am designing.

Morning workout squashed, had to go to work 3 hours early this morning.

Just planning on a nice little 10 mile bike ride with my son tonight.
Just to get out and smell the air.

I have a century ride this weekend with over 5000 feet of climbing or so Marie is claiming
I made the mistake of telling her more climbing is better, so we will see what my punishment is going to be for that.

The first time you do something - It's going to be a personal record!
