I had a HARD time running last night in the heat/humidity.  Had to do spurts of running and walking--no real distance running.  The only thing that made me do the last mile running was the fact that I was being chased by a thunderstorm and I really wasn't up for being struck by lightning!

Tonight I'll do P90X arms/shoulders.

I'm feeling run down this week (too many late nights in New Orleans over the weekend)....I need some good long sleep!!

14.65 miles of the most awful running EVER!!! These allergies are absolutely killing me! I am making an appointment to meet with an Allergy Specialist to get this under control. 2:35:10 was the best I could do with my multiple walking episodes! Time to get some energy back...

Teaching my regularly scheduled Back-To-Back Spin Classes tonight. PRAY FOR ME!!! LOL...

On a positive note, today was one of the most gorgeous sunrises ever. I love starting my runs at 4:30!

 did 5k this morning -- it was ugly and didn't run it all, but the dog and I survived it!  Swim class tonight so somewhere around 2500-2800 yards is my guess.

Struggled through 2.5 miles this morning. My allergies were killing me. Then 3 miles inside at lunch that were way easier!
    No longer about weight , it's all about living.

Sounds like it was a tough day across the country for running. I did a tough 3 this morning. If it weren't for the black flies chasing me I'd still be out there. When I turned around at one point, I'd put my best guess at 25-75 flies buzzing me.

Covered 4 1/2 miles this morning: 2 mile run, 1/2 mile walk, 1 mile run, 1 mile walk.

Will take a 60 min zumba class tonight:  getting my groove on is great stress relief that I desperately need today.

I am creating my own revolution and PAMdemonium reigns!
