I am going to start posting here on this thread so that I can keep myself accountable for getting my excercise in.  I "fell off" the gym wagon a few weeks ago after an illness and I haven't been bac****il this week.  But, since I'm back I'm not going to let it happen again.

So, today I will be going to a 1 hr Zumba class after work.  I am still a little sore in the ab area from Monday's pilates class, but I think I will be fine and I really, really miss my Zumba class so I am excited.  :)
