could only muster a 1000 meter swim this morning.  i'm really bummed out, my "A" sprint tri is in less than 3 weeks and i can't walk without a limp.  my goal has unfortunately changed from a clydes podium to finishing.
Where are we going??  And why am I in this handbasket??

right now.  somewhere.  somebody is working harder than you.

Sorry to hear Bill, 3 weeks is still enough time to heal, stay positive.......

I did 80 minutes on the bike trainer with the last 30 minutes comfortably hard

1.65 miles at the gym on the treadmill, 40 minutes arms/chest on weights, 15 minutes stretching, 50 pushups, 50 situps.

Going to trade the jogging for sprint intervals tomorrow. I detest running with all of my heart. :/

I bet you'll be fine.
10.5 miles today but my it band didn't like it. The short indoor track just doesnt work for longer runs. My inside leg it band always flares up.

Did a 3.5 mile run this morning. I'm thinking about attending a bike skills clinic tonight.

Sorry Bill,

Maybe giving yourself the 2 weeks to heal would be better than trying to fight through and train while hurt.

30 minutes practicing my new total immersion technique, with some drills.  I'm noticbly faster in the one straight 400 I did.  Promising.
