TGIF workouts :)

finally a solid workout this morning, spin doesn't bother my back as much so i was really able to amp up the intensity;...  the instructor was great, had us doing modified tabata's and i love his comment right before the set:  "if you are doing these the right way, your heart will feel like it's going to explode".  good times.

60 min spin class
60 min weights (bi/shoulder/back)
Where are we going??  And why am I in this handbasket??

right now.  somewhere.  somebody is working harder than you.

Taught my 5:30am Spin Class, and the rest of the day is recovery for me. 120 Miles in the saddle tomorrow and 20 mile run on Sunday... Have a good one brother and glad you got in a solid workout!

9 mile run....legs are beat and tomorrow is leg day in the gym! Might be ugly.
    No longer about weight , it's all about living.
