This was my first post hurricane run for me this morning.  After traveling about 1500 miles over the last 4 days, It's nice to be home with power and back to semi normal (no cable but it's kind of nice).

There were trees down on the trail I was on and people were pretty polite on the road today.  One car actually slowed down so as to not hit me.  That was particularly odd.  They should be back to normal next week with trying to see how close they can get without hitting me.  :)

2.2 mile run today which was more like a c25k run with all the walking I did.  Just couldn't catch my breath today.

How did you do today.  All you Ironmen and women recovering well?

been walking around today, gonna try and coach some soccer, maybe play a little tonight.  Quads are still hurting bad, but overall, I am not too bad, which is pretty surprising to me.  My feet feel pretty good, I was expecting them to be in agony.

Rode my bike to Blockbuster, dropped off a movie...Jane Eyre (no, my wife rented it...).  Rode to KFC and got 2 pieces of grilled chicken and a biscuit for $1.99.  Rode home...About 6 miles total.
