    THURSDAY WOURKOUTS... COME YALL!!!!!

    I ran a total of 7.2 miles this morning. 5.2 on Threadmill and then 2 miles on Stairmaster all in 60 minutes flat.

    Then taught my 5:45am Spin Class which was insane!!!

    gonna run when I get home....in this heat...........uuggh.
                 
         
    A painful 15 minutes of the recumbant bike.  Slowly turning the pedals. 
    15 minutes on the hand cycle as well.  I need to buy a pull bouy for swimming. I'm still not supposed to be kicking and the swim bouy keeps me from reflexively doing that.
    New gym didn't have any, so I guess I have to get my own.

    unplanned rest day... was really worn out this AM.

    30 min spin class
    Three separate bike rides for about two and half hours total.
    I did 60 minutes of intervals on the bike trainer

    was able to squeeze in a 60 min trainer ride last night after all, felt better that i didn't have to end up with unplanned rest.
