Need recommendation for dumbbell workouts

Does anyone have a recommendation for a good beginner dumbbell workout? I'm looking for a book, poster, website, etc. I travel for work and while the machines at my Y are great, I can usually only find treadmills and dumbells at the hotel.

I used Beachbody.com Power 90 when I first started exercising.  You can use a resistance band or weights with the DVD.

Thanks. I borrowed that from a friend but being on the road, its not very practical for me as I really need the DVD to do it right.

just start with low weight, or you might give up. I think I started at 5 lbs on some of them....now up to 30 lb for a single-arm row. But that's after four months :)
