Yummo no guilt treat

I was looking for a treat tonight and this is what I had.
I always have frozen bananas in my freezer to use for smoothies or the kids eat them for a treat.
Just take ripe bananas and peel them. Wrap in foil and put in the freezeer.
I took one of the frozen bananas and cut it into small chunks. Put it in the magic bullet or blender. Add a small amount of milk or vanilla soy milk (I used lactose free). Whiz to break up the chunks then let the bullet or blender run for a full minute. This comes out like banana soft serve ice cream. I had mine drizzled with a little SF Hersheys Chocolate syrup. So good and guilt free.

I freeze mine with the skin on - even easier. I don't wrap them - just through them in the freezer whenever they start to go brown.
