down 0.4 lbs since last week.

I feel like I'm hovering around the same weight again. I started back to work last week, and this weekend i was driving a lot, and not eating properly (not 'cheating', just not getting enough protein in)

Thanks Karen - I haven't had a week like this since I was first post-op. I seriously think I scared my body into dropping weight with the kickboxing! lol
